He has been a doctoral candidate within the IBSP team and the MSAP team (Miniaturization for Synthesis, Analysis, and Proteomics) since 2022. Holding a Master’s degree in Chemistry and Life Sciences with a bio-analytical specialization, he completed two internships at the laboratory to describe the pea starch proteome.
He is currently working on the metabolomic and proteomic analysis of potato to characterize stress resistance biomarkers in potato storage organs (Solanum tuberosum) via multi-omic integration. He uses high-resolution mass spectrometry approaches (LC-MS/MS (Orbitrap) and ESI-FTICR-MS) as well as multivariate approaches to describe the metabolomes and proteomes of several potato varieties.
