Holding a Master&#8217;s degree in Chemistry and Life Sciences with a bio-analytical specialization, he completed two internships at the laboratory to describe the pea starch proteome.<\/p><p>He is currently working on the metabolomic and proteomic analysis of potato to characterize stress resistance biomarkers in potato storage organs (Solanum tuberosum) through multi-omic integration.
