team's activities<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-735ffc5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"735ffc5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The <strong>IBSP<\/strong> team places central importance on <strong>training through research<\/strong>, in close connection with the programs of the <strong>University of Lille<\/strong>, in <strong>biology<\/strong> and <strong>physiology<\/strong>, <strong>biotechnologies<\/strong>, <strong>biochemistry<\/strong>, and <strong>microbiology<\/strong>.<br>Team members actively participate in the <strong>supervision<\/strong> of <strong>interns<\/strong>, <strong>Master&#8217;s students<\/strong>, <strong>doctoral candidates<\/strong>, and <strong>young researchers<\/strong> within the framework of <strong>research projects<\/strong> carried out by the team.<\/p><p>The faculty members of our team are involved in various capacities, whether from an <strong>administrative<\/strong> perspective (department council, head of teaching services, program director) or from a <strong>teaching<\/strong> perspective (lectures, practical and tutorial sessions, project and internship supervision)<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d01ff91 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" <\/strong>(up to 3 years of higher education) to <strong>Master\u2019s projects<\/strong> (5 years of higher education) and <strong>PhD theses<\/strong> (8 years of higher education), with diverse sources of funding (Ministry, Research grants, etc.)<\/p><p>This range demonstrates the team&#8217;s commitment to training <strong>diverse profiles<\/strong> (Senior Technician, Study or Research Engineer, Doctor), by fostering their <strong>integration into innovative projects<\/strong>, and supporting them in their <strong>professional integration<\/strong> or their <strong>pursuit of a doctorate<\/strong>.<\/p><p>The IBSP team and its PhD students are affiliated with the Doctoral School of Matter, Radiation and Environment Sciences (University of Lille, ED SMRE
