On October 23, 2025, Camille Locquet<\/strong> defended her doctoral thesis at the University of Lille, entitled:
\n“Characterization of LESV and ESV1, two proteins involved in the initiation of starch granule in potato tubers (Solanum tuberosum)”<\/strong>.\"\"<\/p>\n

This thesis, supervised by Fabrice Wattebled<\/strong> and co-supervised by Nicolas Szydlowski<\/strong> (IBSP team, UGSF \u2013 CNRS \/ University of Lille) and Pierre Devaux<\/strong> (Florimond Desprez Veuve & Fils), was part of a CIFRE partnership<\/strong> combining academic research and varietal innovation.
\nHer work focused on the characterization of LESV and ESV1 proteins involved in the initiation of starch granules in potatoes<\/strong>, combining biochemical, genetic, and molecular biology approaches.<\/p>\n

The jury, chaired by Ikram El Yazidi-Belkoura<\/strong> and composed of Gabrielle Potocki-Veronese<\/strong>, J\u00e9r\u00f4me Pelloux<\/strong>, C\u00e9cile Raynaud<\/strong>, and David Seung<\/strong>, commended the clarity of the presentation, the scientific rigor, and the quality of the work accomplished.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
