D\u00e9sir\u00e9e, the team demonstrated that <\/span> <span lang=\"fr-FR\"><b>LESV<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\"> controls the <\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\"><b>number and morphology of starch granules<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"fr-FR\">This work, carried out as part of <\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\"><b>Camille Locquet&#8217;s CIFRE thesis<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\">, co-supervised by <\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\"><b>Fabrice Wattebled<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\"> and <\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\"><b>Nicolas Szydlowski<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\">, was conducted in collaboration with <\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\"><b>Florimond Desprez<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\">.
